With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has played a significant role in helping buyers find their dream home according to their budget. With a strong hold in the real estate industry, he has developed strong and trustworthy relations with prominent investors as well as developers.
BHAUMIK DAVE is the managing director of Penta Properties. He pursued his master's degree in real estate, infrastructure, and construction in the pilot batch of one of the renowned universities in Ahmedabad. His early dedication to this field provided him with extensive knowledge of real estate. Throughout his career, he has consistently sought to give back to society by using his expertise to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with their property needs.
